Kris Harvey

• Oldest son of Bryan Harvey, whom he was named after, but goes by his middle name Kris

• Husband to Jessica Harvey, 2012 Mrs. North Carolina, and father of 2 children

• Founded the Harvey Baseball Academy with his father

• Was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2005 MLB Draft by the Florida Marlins out of Clemson University

• Originally drafted by the Atlanta Braves in the 5th round of the 2002 MLB Draft out of high school, but chose to attend college

• Played 8 seasons in the minor leagues as a right fielder, pitcher and third baseman

• Named a Mid-Season All-Star in 2005 (New York Penn League) and 2009 (Florida State League)
