Bryan Harvey

Personal:

• Husband to Lisa Harvey, father to 3 children: daughter Whitney, sons Kris and Hunter, grandfather to 2 children

• Founded the Harvey Baseball Academy with son Kris

• Helped found the Angelman Syndrome (AS) Foundation in 1991 to support daughter Whitney and those afflicted with AS

MLB Career:

• MLB Relief Pitcher for the California Angels (1987-1992) and Florida Marlins (1993-1995)

• 2-time MLB All-Star (1991 & 1993)

• Named Rookie Pitcher of the Year by The Sporting News in ’88

• Awarded as the Rolaids Relief Man of the Year in ‘91 after leading AL with 46 saves

• Voted by teammates as MVP of the Marlins after the ‘93 season
